Elevating the Arts:
New Role and Recognition

Rehearsals are underway for our high school musical, Chicago, and I am honored to play my dream role, Velma. I also recently participated in the Florida Thespians competition earning a Superior rating for my vocal solo. Please view the short video above highlighting my performing arts commitment.

Expanding Our Impact: S.A.F.E.’s Pioneering Mission in Miami-Dade Schools

S.A.F.E. (Students Advocating Fentanyl Education), the peer-to-peer organization I cofounded, recently partnered with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the third largest school system in the nation. We present in an average of 4 high schools a week in a district wide campaign to educate students on the dangers of fentanyl laced pills purchased through social media.

During the 2023-2024 school year, the program will reach 62 schools and educate 100,000 students with plans to expand into Broward County.

Nearly 15,000 teens have viewed the video my cofounder and I produced, spanning 50 high schools across Florida, Michigan, and Ohio.

Since January, our not-for-profit handed out over a hundred units of free Narcan as our partners’ primary naloxone distribution chain.

We also expanded our outreach by training 30 ambassadors in five states.

Gabrielle Lieberman launched the campaign to keep students away from buying pills on social media. She explained how social media has created easier access to drugs and how dealers are targeting kids through certain apps.

Students Advocating Fentanyl Education, or S.A.F.E, with Gabrielle Lieberman, 17, to teach classmates across the county about the dangers of fentanyl and fake pills.

"I wanted to reach out and say thank you for coming to Coral Reef High School.  I was in the meeting this morning and in tears!"

"My dad was actually a victim to fentanyl overdose. So learning about this I was interested in becoming an ambassador at my school."

"I saw a presentation today about Fentanyl. Me and my 2 friends want to join. We want to share and inform others. We don't want our friends or anyone dying. We want to help."
